When you have purchased and downloaded a file you are permitted to:

• Print the file as many times as you like for use within your own organisation, company, school, or home only.

It is not permitted to:

• Copy a file or book to re-sell.
• Distribute or re-sell files or books to anyone who is not within your own organisation, company, school, or home.
• Use images from downloads or books in commercial or personal material such as illustrations for printed leaflets and brochures or web pages.
• Reproduce images from files or books in publications such as newsletters and magazines or digital media.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any downloadable file or book, modified or unmodified.

Download Requirements

You will need image viewing software such as Acrobat to open and print files. Most items are black and white, but please note that some files such as fact sheets are full colour.

As soon as you have made your payment, check your email. You will be emailed a link to download your files. Make sure that any anti-spam blockers you have are set up to allow mail from mail@1youworld.com otherwise your order won't be able to get to you.

Liability

Refunds are not possible on downloads.

Downloading files is at the user’s own risk, either to their computer or in any subsequent procedure following.
1you world accepts no responsibility for any damage by downloading files or any subsequent use.

Downloadable files are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall 1you world be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the downloading, use of or inability to use the products.

Once purchased and downloaded the purchaser is strongly advised to back up files as any lost files will not be replaced free of charge.

Privacy

Any information you provide when using this website by which you can be identified will only be used for internal record keeping by 1you world and you may be sent promotional emails about new products from time to time.

You will not be contacted in writing or by telephone unless you have requested such contact.

Your personal information will not be sold, distributed or leased by 1you world to any third parties unless required by law.

1you world will only hold basic contact details and a record of purchases.
However, should you want to view any information that is held you are entitled to make a subject access request, using your right under the Data Protection Act. Requests will be responded to within 40 calendar days and the fee is £10.
